Trish has helped us book many flights and vacations in the past and I will continue to use her for all my future travel plans. Her knowledge of destinations, resorts, flights, and insurance options has been a great help to us over the years. 

On one of our trips a few years ago, we had a very unfortunate emergency experience. Thanks to Trish’s insistence on us preparing with the best insurance for our needs, we were able to make it home safely, without a large bill at the end of it all. Due to our circumstances, we were required to change our flights within a very short time frame. Trish calmly and efficiently worked to meet our needs; despite the odd hours she was required to work to help us make it home. We would not have been able to have made the journey home without Trish’s dedication to helping us. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had Trish on our side during such a stressful experience.

I contacted Trish to help me with a winter getaway. After giving her a bit of information such as our vacation budget, what we enjoy doing, our available dates for our vacation, and what type of atmosphere we prefer, she sent me a few options outlining the pros and cons of each choice. The resort in Cancun we eventually decided on was a home run!! We got absolutely everything we requested plus so much more. I can honestly say it was the best week of my life. Beautiful resort, super quiet with every amenity we would ever need. The food and drinks were fabulous. The ambiance was amazing, and the views were beyond amazing. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for!! 

Trish had also mentioned some additional upgrades that we could go for. The room upgrade was very much worth it. While I decided against the "option plus" airport package, I now see it would've been worth the extra money to avoid long lines and won’t be so cheap next time! I also need to mention she did this all in a matter of hours for us.

I highly recommend anyone wanting to travel to talk to her. You won’t be disappointed! I will certainly be contacting her in the future for all my vacation planning.

We had an absolutely incredible experience booking our trip to Sandals in Emerald Bay as recommended by Trish, our travel agent. Despite encountering a hurricane at the resort on our original travel date, Trish made it look effortless to us to rebook. I’m sure it wasn’t easy as she arranged our trip for a later date, but it was without any hassle for us. Once we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the opportunity to play golf along the coastline. The food was fantastic, with every meal surpassing our expectations.
